Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using c2studio.dev (the "Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Our tools and services are designed for creators and builders.
Services Provided
C2 Studio provides custom MVP development services, idea consultation ("Idea Clinic"), and acts as a publisher for experimental applications. All timelines, prices, and deliverables described on the Website are estimates and subject to formal agreement via contract.
Experimental Apps & APKs
We frequently release early-stage, experimental applications ("MVPs") for testing purposes. These applications are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
Disclaimer:Installing Android application packages (APKs) directly from our website requires enabling "Install from unknown sources" on your device. While we take every precaution to ensure our files are secure, you download and install them at your own risk. C2 Studio is not liable for any data loss or damages resulting from the use of our experimental software.
Intellectual Property
The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by C2 Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
For custom MVP development projects, the transfer of intellectual property rights (including source code) will be explicitly defined in the individual client contract.
Non-Disclosure
Information submitted via our contact and intake forms will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose your project details to third parties or use them to develop competing products. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before discussing sensitive project details.
